Green smoothies are fun, easy, nutritious, and QUICK to make! After extolling the benefits of eating winter vegetables RAW, I blended up a tasty smoothie using our very own concord grapes, an orange, and plenty of greens (kale, lettuce, parsley, and mint). Added to this delicious blend was cinnamon, shredded coconut, and hemp protein powder. Mmmmm good!

 


Winter squash and root vegetables are delicious
when eaten raw, grated on salads and used in
raw soups!
