
             GROATMEAL
 GROATMEAL
            1-2 cups raw, hulled, organic oat groats
            1 apple
            few raisins
            2 tsp. cinnamon
            2 tsp. coriander
            1/4 tsp. nutmeg
            1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
            1 cup nut milk
            Soak
            groats in water overnight. In the morning, drain off
            the water and rinse. Place in a serving bowl and add
            sliced apple, raisins, and nut milk. Top with spices
            and shredded coconut.
            
            RAW GRANOLA
            1 cup hulled oat
            groats
            1 apple
            few raisins
            1/8 cup sunflower seeds
            ¼ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
            1 t. ground cinnamon
            1/4 t. ground nutmeg
            Soak overnight all ingredients
            except apple and coconut. In the morning, drain off
            water and rinse. Place in bowl. Add chopped apple and
            coconut. Mix well.
