RAW FRUIT SOUPS from the Living Way

 

ORANGE BLISS FRUIT SOUP
2 oranges
1 pear
1 large celery stalk
1 large collard leaf
1 leaf kale
1 rounded tsp. hemp protein powder
2 Tbp. shredded coconut (unsulphered, unsweetened)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 rounded tsp. coriander
2 cups (approx) pure water

CHOCOLATE SOUP
1 medium apple
1 pear
1 large stalk celery
handful greens (kale, collards, spinach)
2 Tbsp. unsweetened, unsulfured, shredded coconut
2 heaping Tbsp. hemp protein powder
2 heaping Tbsp. raw cacao powder
2 heaping tsp. coriander
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
few stem fresh mint (optional)
2 cups purified water

Cut up apple, pear, celery, and greens and blend with water. Add remaining ingredients and water and blend until creamy smooth. Pour into serving bowls and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Can be enjoyed as a smoothie, also.


PINEAPPLE PARADISE SWEET SOUP

1/3- 1/2 ripe pineapple
1 peach
1/2 orange, peeled
few stems mint
1 ripe avocado
1 cup (approx) pure water

Cut up pineapple, peach, orange and mint and place in a blender, adding enough water to blend until creamy smooth. Pour into serving bowls and float chunks of ripe avocado in the soup. Eat and smile.

CITRUS SOUP
10-12 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
medium apple
1 tangerine
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
3-4 fresh mint leaves

Pour orange juice into serving bowl. Chop apple and tangerine in bite-sized pieces and add to orange juice. Add strawberries. Garnish with mint leaves.

SWEET SOUP
1 mango
1 banana
1 pear
1 cup distilled water
cup unsweetened coconut
cup organic raisins

In a blender, blend mango and banana until creamy smooth, adding water as needed. Pour into serving bowl. Cut pear in bite-sized pieces and fold into mixture. Garnish with coconut and raisins.

APPLE SOUP
2 large apples
1 stalk celery
1-2 cups distilled water
handful raisins
1/3 tsp. Cinnamon

Cut apples and celery. Place in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into serving bowls. Top with raisins and cinnamon.

 

 

KIWI-COCONUT SOUP
4 kiwi
1 pear
1 apple
1/4 freshly ground or unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla

Blend ingredients in blender until creamy smooth.
Garnish with a couple shakes ground coriander.

PINEAPPLE SOUP
2 cups pineapple
1 pear
1 stalk celery
/14 cup pureed red raspberries or
strawberries

Chop and blend ingredients with
enough water to make creamy. Pour
into serving bowl. Drizzle and then
swirl pureed raspberries on top.
