__ Cutlery: sharp knives, peelers, graters
__ Plates, cups, and bowls
__ Napkins
__ Placemats
__ Condiments (seasonings, i.e. kelp, Himalayan salt,)
__ Plastic bags for trash, etc.
__ Rubber bands, twisties
__ Small bottle of Vegetable wash
__ Small bottle of dish soap
__ Natural disinfectant for hands/tabletops (i.e. hydrogen peroxide solution, GermaClenz from North American Herb and Spice Company
http://www.p-73.com )
__ BarleyMax
__ Natural Bug Spray

Additional buying and travel tips:
1. Fast food restaurants can be helpful. They usually have clean bathrooms plus plastic flatware and napkins, if you need them.
2. Supermarkets that have salad bars also have plastic flatware, napkins, and
handy paper-based, lidded containers for their customers.
3. Raw nutritional bar brands that are safe to eat and sold in most larger supermarkets are Larabar, Raw Revolution, Nutiva Hemp Bars, GoRaw
4. Raw superfoods such as Goji berries, Cacao nibs/beans, Hunza Raisins can
be found in most health food and 'natural' supermarkets such as Whole Foods.
5. Salad bars at Whole Foods are prepared with only a few organic foods, none of
which are labeled.
6. Commercially-prepared/packaged crackers or chips often contain soy, yeast, wheat flour or canola oil (all of which we do not eat). Some brands such as Lundberg (rice cakes) and Wasa or Kavli flatbreads are safe choices.
