Curly Parsley...strong and healthy in November
Historically, our parsley grows much better in the fall
than earlier in the season. I've been covering our parsley plants
for several weeks and the 'down-under' harvest is super!
It is definitely happy, giving us good, daily harvests
for salads, soups, and more.
