With a little perseverance and help from
this avid, part-time forager, a host of Reishis was had!
My prize harvest is shown above. I am holding a double
specimen that measures over twelve inches.
The Reishis shown are only a small part of
what I collected from neighboring trees this summer.

I dried my treasured collection on the cottage
porch and then placed some of them on our fireplace
mantel as 'trophies.' What healthy fun
and inspiration!
