         The harvest of 'chokes'
        that I will share with others.  
        Once planted, they are very prolific and require 
        no work except picking in late fall or early spring. 
        Jerusalem Artichokes are a natural source of B-12 
        and many minerals. Grated, they are a good addition 
        to winter salads. They can also be used in raw soups.
