Winter has finally arrived in Maine! A recent snow storm (the first of the season) transformed the otherwise dull landscape into a spectacular winter wonderland! After the storm, sunny, blue skies lit up trees that were laden with fluffy, white snow. Many branches bowed down under the weight of the snow. I drank in the winter wonder as any true artist would, though I regretted that I did not have my camera! Nevertheless, winter is not over! There will be other snowy spectaculars to capture. In the meantime, it's warm inside with the wood stove pumping happily, making the kitchen warm and and friendly as I enjoy my raw routine every day! Winter is a good time to perfect the art of being healthy, so jump on the high road of health the LIVING WAY to avoid winter health woes! Improve your life the natural way! After all, you only have one life to live, so make it a health one.........the LIVING WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
