Jerusalem Artichokes blooming late fall.
These stalks are over 10' tall and were
invading the lower garden, so I dug them up.

Our sage leaves measured
over 4" long this year!

Here are the newly dug 'chokes' with their tubers
uprooted. These tubers are young, so I will
give them away to others for planting.
